St. Mary’s has passion for Missions and Outreach!


We’d love you to get involved.  Here are some of the things we are up to:

Community Fellowship Lunches

Offered free of charge to the community most Saturdays from 12-1pm in the Parish Hall. The lunches offer a word from Scripture and the opportunity to receive healing prayer. Everyone is welcome!

Local and International Mission and Outreach Organizations We Support

Serendipity Food Pantry and Thrift Shop (Lake Luzerne)  Supported by the Churches of Hadley-Luzerne. For the Food Pantry’s opening hours and donation info, click here.

St. Mary’s staffs the food pantry on Wednesday afternoons – please let us know if you’d like to help! Also, we have developed a food donation rotation schedule for each Sunday of the month. See the Sunday bulletin each week for the following week’s schedule. Printed schedules are also available at the back of the church.

Five Talents — A micro-credit finance ministry seeking to reduce poverty by providing small loans to individuals in poor countries around the world wishing to start small businesses. To learn more, click here.

Barnabas Fund — A ministry that sends financial support to projects which help our Christian brothers and sisters around the world who are suffering from discrimination, oppression and persecution as a consequence of their faith. To learn more, click here.

Missionaries We Support

The Mudge Family  — SAMS missionaries to Peru serving as missionary professors at Saints Augustine Seminary in Lima. (The seminary is named for two different saints named Augustine.) For more information, click here.
